Kevin Brubaker

Managing Partner

Kevin's favorite bible verse, Be joyful always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus." ~Thessalonians 5: 16-18


Kevin is the founder, and Owner at Charlotte Allstar Cheerleading & Gymnastics.  He was the innovator and creator of Spring Floor cheerleading competitions in 1993 and Level Play in 1997, both the now normal of all Allstar competitions.


Additionally, Kevin is the Founder and was the Owner of Cheersport (1995 - 2015) which was the largest Cheerleading competition in the world for 10 straight years.  Kevin enjoys speaking directly to gym owners and has traveled to all 50 states and over 1100 gyms throughout his Sales career.  He was the former National Sales Director of New Business Development for Varsity All Stars. 


Kevin’s faith is very important to him.  He is a Transformation Church member; he and his wife Jenn lead a TC Life Group / Bible Study on Monday evenings.

Cole Stott

Managing Partner

Cole's favorite saying is, "Life is filled with reasons for your to smile more."


Cole Stott is the President of Premier Athletics. Cole earned a business degree focused on Sport Management from The University of Tennessee in 1998. Cole has co-founded several companies with a focus on youth sports throughout his career. He has extensive experience in all aspects of business development with a focus on strategy across multiple activities.


He enjoys travel and lake time with his wife Kristy and two sons Mason and Maddox!

Casey Jones

Managing Partner

Casey's favorite quote, "Don't limit yourself, chanllange your limits."


Casey Jones is the owner of Stingray Cheer Company, Inc., and a Managing partner of Cheer Fest. He began his cheerleading career at Georgia Southern University in 1992. After college Casey worked for several gyms before purchasing American cheerleading in 1998. In 2002 that was rebranded into The Stingray Allstars. Casey has coached all levels of cheerleading to include college, and currently handles the operating and daily management of Stingrays, its subsidiary companies as well as several other industry related businesses.


Casey has been involved in several USASF committees and other cheerleading businesses to include camps and consulting. Casey is most proud of his wife of 29 years and their five children!

Stacy Rowe

Managing Partner | Marketing

Stacy's favorite quote - "We rise by lifting others."


Stacy Rowe is the Senior Vice President for Premier Athletics. She has been a professional in the cheerleading and dance industry since 2000. Stacy has years of experience with brand creation, strategy, marketing, media, and digital marketing. She is passionate about teaching others to build their business and grow their programs to the best of their ability. In addition, Stacy is a World Champion Dance Coach and was named USASF Dance Coach of the Year in 2014.


Stacy Rowe, who writes under the pen name S.R. Fabrico, is a multi-award-winning author. Her newest series, The Southport Series, is available everywhere books are sold. She has also written a series of sports journals for athletes, including the Amazon best-selling My Dance Journal.

John Rowan

Director of Operations & Logistics

John has been a part of the spirit industry as a former coach, all-star gym manager, and event producer for over 10 years. His extensive knowledge in the audio-visual sector, logistics, and event planning brings operational expertise to The CheerExpo.

John has been happily married to Sarah since 2011. They enjoy raising their daughter Haven with their animals, Penny Lane, Luke Skywalker, and Remy.

Chris Rowe

Director of Finance

Chris's favorite quote, "Time is your most precious gift because you only have so much."


Chris has been a member of the cheer community since 2001. He has experience as a coach, director, and event producer. He has managed the logistics for hundreds of events and has a background in financial management. His expertise in finance and event planning bring tremendous expertise to The CheerExpo.


Chris is happily married to Stacy Rowe and a father to two incredible kids, Avery and Jon. When he isn't working and spending time with family he can be found on the golf course.

Jenna Kennedy

Registration and Social Media Director

Jenna was born and raised in Saxonburg, Pennsylvania. She received her bachelor’s degree in Sport Management minoring in business administration from Slippery Rock University and has worked for multiple professional sport organizations including the New York Yankees and the Charlotte Hornets.


Jenna cheered 15 years and has competed at The Cheerleading Worlds 5 times, she now coaches at Charlotte Allstars, and loves creating new memories off the mat. Jenna is very proud to be married to her best friend Korey, she loves spending time with her two dogs and to traveling the country!

Tina Boulding

Judging Director

Tina studied and cheered at both Kent State University, and the Ohio State University. She has over 15 years of scoring experience in both Allstar and high school cheerleading, across domestic and international markets. She contracts with multiple reputable brands as a scoring education specialist.
Tina currently serves on the board for the Ohio Cheerleading Coaches Association and holds the treasurer seat for USASF Board of Directors.

Christina resides in Columbus, Ohio where she is the vice president of Advancement at the Columbus Urban League, she leads efforts in development, fundraising and brand management for the nonprofit organization. She also teaches part time at boutique lagre fitness studio.

CJ Weinberg

Scoring Director

CJ has been a part of the cheer industry coaching, choreographing and judging for over 10 years. He attended Stephen F Austin and Weber State University where he balanced school and cheerleading. Cj has competed on Team USA 3 times and has been involved with dozens of programs and colleges winning multiple national and world titles.

CJ resides in Nashville Tennessee when he is not traveling. He loves trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.

Kali Seitzer

Scoring Liason

Kali's favorite quote is, "Success is not just what you accomplish in your life. It is about what you inspire others to do."


Kali Seitzer has been coaching for 25 years and currently works at Top Gun Allstars as the Director of Program Development. She is the founder of an instructional cheerleading company called Inspire Cheer Camps. Kali is a Multiple World Champion and Gold Medalist with TEAM USA Coed. She is one of the most decorated collegiate females, winning 7 consecutive NCA collegiate titles.


In addition to her coaching resume and credentials on the mat, she has also received her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology/psychology and a Masters degree in Business. She continues to travel and share her love and passion for cheerleading with coaches all over the world!

Erin Diener

Executive Assitant

Erin began her dance journey at the age of three, training in a studio and competing as a member of her high school’s nationally ranked dance team throughout all four years. After graduating, she continued her dance education at the University of Tennessee, where she pursued a degree in studio art.


In 2012, after becoming a new mom and feeling distanced from her dance passion, Erin began training under Neighborhood Barre founder, Katy Richardson, and began teaching barre. A few years later, she opened an NB studio in Maryville, which she later sold to transition into her role as an NB corporate master trainer. Throughout the years, Erin has utilized her knowledge in fitness and body mechanics to teach barre and dance conditioning to various groups, including dance teams, military service members, and corporate wellness programs.


Erin resides in Knoxville, TN, with her husband and three children. As the lead instructor at the flagship Neighborhood Barre studio, she dedicates her days to empowering her students through barre and dance technique.
